“This mental health clinic has been very inconsistent and difficult to rely on. I had an appointment scheduled at 9:00 AM, but no one even arrived at the building until 9:10. My provider didn’t show up until 9:30, which left me waiting for half an hour with no communication or acknowledgment. I also tried to pick up medication samples on a Friday during their listed operating hours. I called ahead to confirm, but no one answered – only a voicemail stating they were open. When I arrived, the office was completely empty. Because of this, I’ve had to go without my medication despite actively being ill, which is not a small issue. On top of that, one of the providers has a very blunt approach that came across as dismissive and made for an uncomfortable experience. When I had concerning side effects from a medication and called for guidance, I didn’t receive any help at the time. If a clinic is prescribing medications, there needs to be some level of support when problems come up. Between the lack of reliability, poor communication, and inadequate support, I can’t recommend this place.”

“I've been coming here for about a year and a half. Originally, getting started took some time to figure out schedules, but they have been amazing since. I make sure to schedule appointments months in advance to keep a consistent schedule. Mrs. Sharon has been such a blessing and all I have going on. Billy has been extremely helpful getting me on the right medications and dosage. They are very busy, and and their phones are ALWAYS ringing.”

“I have never had an issue with anyone who works here. People at the front desk are super sweet, polite, and they do their jobs wonderfully. I've somehow managed to be squeezed in to see a therapist and the blonde lady at the desk made sure to get me a great fit since I'm someone who, as she put it, is "very grown". Every therapist me and my family/friends have seen have been extremely helpful.”

“Both of my daughters currently go here. Mostly thanks to one of their receptionists (the blonde) helping make sure we got squeezed in . She has always been extremely helpful. Both receptionist do a wonderful job. Everyone here so far has been great!”
